At BoardCo, we want to ensure you have the perfect gear for your next session on the water; if you aren't 100% satisfied, you can return or exchange your equipment within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Gear

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in new, unused condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
